Rail Fest Art Show “Rail Runners”
Awards: $900 Best of Show ▪ $300 1st Place ▪ $150 2nd Place
■ Dates, Times, Location: Sept 17th 10-6pm, 18th 10-6pm & 19th 12-4pm. At the Platte River Mall
■ All Artwork must be registered on Sept 16th from 10am to 4pm. You may make arrangements to drop off before the 16th by calling the mall office at 308-534-3090. Please call the mall office if you plan on shipping your artwork.
■ Address for shipping: Platte River Mall office, 1000 S Dewey, North Platte, NE 69101. Pick up date: Sept. 19th, 4pm to 6pm or call the mall office at 308-543-3090 to make special arrangements.
■ Rails Past is in it’s second year and is a separate exhibition. It’s an all rails oriented display made available for art work no longer eligible for the juried show with mementos, antiquities and unique rail collectibles that the general public can display or sell. This exhibit is separate from the juried show and will not be judged. However, it will be included in the people’s choice award. Entry forms must accompany pieces but the entry fee is waived.
